It's no surprise the place is fairly dead on a Friday night with the price of the food. I paid 39 quid for a steak and you should have seen the side they brought out for it. Some small bar flies flying around as well. Staff were lovely but clearly the hotel props up the restaurant if there 3 girls waiting and 6/7 people in the restaurant. Tonight I ate up the road in a pub/restaurant and the bill was nearly half the amount and the food was brilliant.
Excellent restaurant inside the Lansdowne Kenmare. Had Filo Wrapped Gruyère Cheese and Pan Seared Scallops with Butternut Squash Risotto. Very good! Can reserve a table on-line.
